Luxury Sales – Hallmark Jewellers
Are you passionate about fine jewellery, customer service, and creating unforgettable shopping experiences? We’re looking for a proactive, customer-focused Luxury Sales Consultant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a confident, positive approach and a genuine love for luxury retail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a personal, one-to-one “personal shopper” style experience to every customer
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and in-depth knowledge of jewellery and diamonds
- Stay current with jewellery trends and styles
- Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat business
- Maximise sales by identifying opportunities for add-ons and upselling
- Keep the customer’s needs at the centre of every sale
- Work to monthly targets and proactively follow up on sales during quieter periods
The Ideal Candidate Will Have: - Previous experience in luxury retail, ideally with a background in jewellery sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- A natural communicator with a passion for selling and exceptional customer service
- A keen interest in jewellery and fashion, with a desire to learn and grow within the industry
• A flexible, team-oriented attitude and the willingness to go the extra mile
