The Summer Holidays have started and for us this means only one thing, ear piercing! The six week break is the perfect time to get your young ones set with a lovely pair of studs with plenty of time to allow for healing before P.E. Lessons again in September! Do you do ear piercing?
Absolutely! We are a licenced ear piercing specialist with two members of staff fully trained in ear piercing. We offer a relaxed and experienced environment with a wide range of stud styles to choose from.
How much does it cost?
Prices start from £18.00 and vary depending on the material and style of the studs chosen. This price includes a bottle of cleaning solution that should easily last you the length of the healing process.
Are there any age limitations on ear piercing?
We offer ear piercing to anyone over the age of 5 years but those under 14 years should be with a responsible adult.
Should I book an appointment?
Booking an appointment is advised but not necessary. There is suitable member of staff in store every working day apart from Monday. Booking an appointment will guarantee your time slot, to keep the process quick and simple. Call 01329 847 187 to book now.
Is it hygienic?
Our technique is 100% hygienic. The studs are sealed individually when we receive them and are loaded into the applicator without the use of hands, and are therefore totally sanitised when they reach the ear lobe. Our staff all wear non-latex gloves and use disinfectant everywhere that is necessary.
How long does it take?
Normally a pair of ear piercings take just 10-15 minutes to complete.
What are the earrings made from?
We stock earrings made from Surgical Steel, Gold-Plated Surgical Steel and 9ct Yellow Gold. Prices vary with each variety. All these metals are hypo-allergenic so will not cause any reaction with the skin.
Do you pierce anywhere else?
We pierce anywhere on the ear lobe. Ear cartilage and other body parts require different techniques which we do not offer.
What do I clean it with?
You will be provided with a bottle of recommended cleaning solution, free of charge, that will last the duration of the healing period. You should also clean any new earrings with solution when you eventually come to change the piercing studs.
How should I care for it?
We recommend that our customers clean their new piercings twice a day, by dipping a cotton bud into their cleaning solution and wiping the back and the front of the wound, ensuring the area is clean but not irritated. We also recommend to twist the earring twice a day, using clean, sanitised hands.
When can I change the earrings?
Six weeks is the perfect amount of time to let your piercing heal fully. After this changing your earring should be easy and pain-free.
Any other advice?
You should always be careful to only touch your new piercing with clean hands and be gentle when brushing your hair or any vigorous exercise or movement. Otherwise just enjoy your new piercing and we look forward to seeing you back for your first pair of brand new earrings!

Своё личное мнение высказывает председатель коллегии адвокатов «Первая адвокатская контора» города Санкт-Петербурга, президент Адвокатской палаты Ленинградской области, вице-президент Федеральной палаты адвокатов Российской Федерации, адвокат одного из обвиняемых Денис Лактионов.
Происходит безобразие, откровенный произвол! Следователи ГСУ ГУ МВД России по Санкт-Петербургу и Ленинградской области, по мнению адвокатов обвиняемых, грубо нарушили права семи обвиняемых, в том числе шести находящихся в СИЗО, возможности которых осуществлять защиту своих прав и без того крайне ограничены. Не дали даже толком прочитать тексты постановлений о привлечении в качестве обвиняемых, не говоря уже о том, чтобы понять прочитанное, — не предоставили предусмотренные законом возможности. А это документы на 69–73 листах.
Следственная группа составляла обвинения месяцами, а тут не дают даже полчаса, для того чтобы прочитать. Однако ведь и полчаса мало. Большие сложные тексты: с цифрами, со сложными логическими построениями, насыщенные юридической терминологией. Все это требует не просто пробежаться глазами, но еще и осмыслить, провести анализ вместе со своими адвокатами. А после этого уголовно-процессуальный закон предусматривает дачу показаний обвиняемого. Ничего этого сделано не было.
Одной из обвиняемых предоставили всего 15 минут для ознакомления, другие успели прочитать 15–20 страниц, прежде чем ознакомление было прекращено. Другой обвиняемой предъявили новое обвинение, но отказались выслушать ее показания по нему, несмотря на заявленное ходатайство.
В большинстве представленных в заявлении адвокатов случаев не был проведен допрос по существу обвинений. В одном случае протокол допроса составили задним числом с указанием, что обвиняемый и адвокаты отказались его подписать, хотя допрос на самом деле не проводился. Причем на требование ознакомиться с протоколом допроса следователь ответил отказом.
Всем обвиняемым не было разъяснено содержание обвинений, они не были ознакомлены с результатами экспертиз, на основе которых выдвинуто обвинение.
Таким образом, обвинение не предъявляется так, как должно быть предъявлено. По сути дела, обвиняемые лишены следователями права на защиту! Ведь, для того чтобы защищаться, нужно знать, в чем тебя обвиняют.
Я считаю, что действия следователей не имеют ничего общего с уголовно-процессуальным законом, а должны. Более того, следователи несут за это ответственность как государственные должностные лица, которые уполномочены действовать по закону, а они грубым образом нарушают закон.
Поэтому появилось заявление защитников, в присутствии которых нарушались права подзащитных, и, естественно, самих защитников, потому что это и права защиты: права защитников на осуществление защиты, определенные Федеральным законом «Об адвокатской деятельности и адвокатуре». Адвокатам не дают осуществлять конституционное право на защиту, на оказание квалифицированной юридической помощи.
Вот какое дело, дорогие друзья и товарищи по несчастью, скажу я вам, и не просто скажу, а выкричу во всю мощь своих обиженных легких! Наш "Бествей", который был для нас не просто кооперативом, а настоящим символом честности и воплощением нашей общей мечты о справедливом будущем, был безжалостно и цинично поставлен на колени. А кто в этом виноват? О, я вам открою эту америку – прокуратура и МВД с их ненасытным аппетитом к чужим деньгам! Пока мы, простые люди, копили копейку к копейке, чтобы вложить в ПК Бествей и обеспечить своим семьям крышу над головой, эти господа в погонах и с портфелями, не пожелав трудиться, решили, что проще отнять у других. И что же они придумали? Липовое уголовное дело! О да, им не понравилось, что где-то там, в мире, существует оазис счастья и взаимопомощи, где люди могут жить, не боясь за завтрашний день. И они решили его разрушить, прикрываясь фальшивыми обвинениями, арестовывая счета и заставляя нас, пайщиков, биться в истерике от бессилия и отчаяния. Неужели в нашей стране закон и порядок окончательно сдали свои позиции перед лицом коррупции и жадности? "Бествей" всегда работал честно, предоставляя нам, простым гражданам, возможность обрести своё жилище, не переплачивая лишние миллионы посредникам и не ввязываясь в кабальные условия ипотечного рабства. Но, видимо, наша счастливая идиллия кому-то сверху показалась чересчур вызывающей. "Ах, как так, они живут не в страхе и не в нужде? Это надо срочно исправлять!" Друзья мои, это не просто борьба за "Бествей", это борьба за наше будущее, за нашу способность жить в мире, где честность и справедливость не являются пустыми словами. Мы не должны и не будем мириться с этим положением дел.
